I feel very privileged to have had the experiences over my career that have enabled me to build skills that will not only inspire your employees, but will give you honest and direct feedback which will help you become the organisation you want to be.

Having worked with some amazing people it has shaped my ability to emotionally connect with people to create safe spaces through stories to enable them to share their own stories. To build trust, so they will tell me their version of the truth and their experience working for your organisation.

I am so incredibly proud to have created, implemented and embedded what has been termed as the biggest culture change at Sellafield Ltd ever (an 11000 employee nuclear facility) working with the employees to understand the current culture and the culture they wanted to see.

I created a manifesto that outlined the behaviours the employees wanted to see from themselves and their colleagues.

I worked to inspire the organisation to find its purpose and work to become a truly purpose driven organisation.

I have also worked with the third sector as a facilitator covering things such as purpose, vision, strategy, team building, leadership and workshops.

My intuitive facilitation skills have resulted in testimonials from people commenting they have never attended such fantastic workshops, team building events, forums, culture enquiries and purpose identification.

I have a unique ability to take the complicated and make it simple.

I am proud to mentor, coach and work with those starting out in their career to senior leaders to make them the best versions of themselves.
